Begin the new year with more relaxation and calmness. Come practice Spring Forest Qigong! Spring Forest QiGong uses very simple movements to improve physical, mental, and emotional health.
This is a very gentle practice and all ages and abilities are welcome. Newcomers are always welcome and the QiGong movements are very easy to learn by watching the other students.
Due to road conditions, the Crossroads office is closed and
all activities are canceled for Monday, January 14th.
