Crossroads is proud to partner with FLOC Outdoor Education Center for the first annual Eco-Adventure Summer Camp for both Middle (includes rising 6th graders) and High School Students!
The Eco-Adventure Summer Camp takes place from Thursday, August 9th through Sunday, August 12th on FLOC’s beautiful 350 acres of land, which is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains adjacent to the Appalachian Trail.
During this exciting, jam-packed four days, Students will:
Additionally, we’ll help to care for some of FLOC’s gardens and grounds (including the newly-planted pollinator garden!), learn about local wildlife and their habitats, and serve as good stewards of our beloved planet Earth, as God calls us to be.
Every Student can expect to strengthen their skills at working together, encouraging one another, and celebrating their unique gifts, participate in service-learning opportunities, and make lasting friendships - all while enjoying activities that are designed to be hands-on, experiential, engaging, and extremely FUN for all learners.
The Eco-Adventure Summer Camp costs $375 per Student, which includes lodging for three nights, delicious organic meals, and the support of FLOC’s expert guides and facilitators. To reserve your spot, complete the registration form below and submit a non-refundable deposit of $75 by May 1st for each Student who'll be participating.
Please email Student and Family Ministries Director Marilyn Perry with any questions.
