Assist with ESL (English as a Second Language)
ESL provides a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in improving their English language skills. We welcome students of all faiths, beliefs, and proficiency of the English language. Those who serve in this mission strive to give a welcoming, loving, learning environment to all of the students and their children. It is a wonderful way to meet families from different countries and learn from each other!
Registration is on January 24 from 7-9pm. Classes are being held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9pm from January 30 through April 11.
ESL Teachers and Assistants are needed
Classes are on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. No teaching background is necessary – just an open and generous spirit.
ESL Childcare Helpers are needed
Childcare on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6:45-and 9:15pm. Even serving one evening during this semester would benefit all involved! Servants 21 years or older are needed as well as teenagers looking for volunteer hours!
Snacks are needed
Each evening snacks are provided and greatly appreciated by all of the students at ESL. Baked goods, chips, pretzels, fruit or vegetables are all welcome. (note: Crossroads strives to be a nut free environment)
