Mindfulness for the Holidays

The holidays are a season that is cherished and dread often in equal measure. The busyness of the season, personal and family expectations and a yearning for joy, closeness and celebration sometimes lead to overdoing and weariness.
The Mindfulness for the Holidays Workshop is designed as a time to relax, slow down and spend two hours caring for yourself learning and experiencing practical tools and resources to help you find more calmness and peace to guide you through the holidays and the new year.
We will have a special handout on Mindfulness for the Holidays for you to take with you as well as some herbal teas available for nurture in mind, body and soul.
All activities are cancelled through
March 22 to take the necessary precautions against COVID19.
