Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction and Well Being

Join Nitin Dogra and Cathy Norman for a two hour mindfulness meditation for stress reduction workshop. This workshop will benefit first timers to mindfulness meditation and advanced practitioners.
We will focus on a combination of meditation methods, breathing practices and a teaching video by neuropsychologist, Dr. Rick Hanson, author of Hardwiring Happiness and Buddha's Brain.
We will welcome and celebrate the sacred gift of Nitin and Harsharan's twin boys, Raunak and Umang. We will conclude our time together in fellowship with the whole family!
