Building a legacy of God's love in the world
Most of us are familiar with the famous song lyric: "I believe the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way". Indeed, our children are key sources of inspiration, of delighting in the unknown, of seeing things with new eyes, of journeying into uncharted (sometimes scary) territory. For the Church, the current generation is helping to determine and shape whether or not there is a future, or at least what that future means for cultivating and experience an ongoing relationship with God.
For Generations to Come: Building a legacy of God's love in the world is a new initiative aimed at focusing our energies, our time, our hearts, and our hope on our children and students. We're asking YOU to be involved by sharing the gift of your presence with our emerging young leaders so that we can shine the light of faith and know the love of God together for generations to come.
Children and Student Ministries Volunteers - We'd love for you to be a part of our growing Children's and Student Ministries Team! Please complete either the Children's Volunteer form or the Student Volunteer form below. Please indicate what class(es) and time(s) you would prefer. Flor Norris-Hoydilla (Director of Children's Ministry) or Marilyn Perry (Director of Student Ministries) will be in touch with you soon.
Thank you for sharing the gift of your presence...for Generations to Come!
