Instructor: Rachel Shatananda - The Center of Mind Body Medicine
This 8 week 2 hour class will apply evidence-based tools to handle stress and develop a life of wholeness. The group provides the possibility for personal growth and learning.
We are asking for a commitment to all 8 weeks (precluding illness) to maximize benefit from the weekly learning and the life integration tools. Please do not RSVP unless you can commit to all 8 weeks of this class
During each 2 hour session various techniques will be shared in order to help group members work towards clearing out all that hinders us from living our best life.
Tools include meditation, deep breathing exercises, movement, biofeedback, mindful eating, drawings, visualization and creating a genogram to name a few.
Imagine Well Being groups celebrate an unlimited welcome to all people from every sexual orientation, gender identity, and faith traditions, including secular and humanist frameworks.
Due to weather, all afternoon activities at Crossroads UMC
