Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Stress Management

Join Debra Dalby, LCSW, RYT 200 in a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with a focus on stress management. This class will incorporate breath, movement, mindfulness followed up with Savasana, the resting pose. This class is a wonderful way to tune your body, mind and soul as you prepare for the weekend.
• What to bring
Yoga mat, large towel or blanket. There are a limited number of extra mats and blankets available, if needed.
