Winter Peace Workshop

@ Blueridge Summit Retreat
We will gather at Blueridge Summit Retreat to focus on the gifts of wintertime peacefulness on beautiful Mt. Weather.
Nature teaches us that winter is a time of innate dormancy where the vibrance of the inner life of flora and fauna is being restored in the stillness of winter's peacefulness.
Winter invites times of stillness, rest and a warmed heart in this season of longer nights and shorter days.
We will enjoy a silent meditative walk, some gentle yoga stretches, seated meditation (beginners welcome),loving kindness meditation and close with a bonfire roasting some apples with honey and cinnamon.
Please bring your lunch/snack and a water bottle, dress in layers and wear shoes appropriate for the meditative walk.
We will spend some time warming ourselves around a large fire and cook some foil wrapped apples in the coals.
The apples will be provided but feel free to bring a snack to share with others. We will have some coffee and herbal teas provided for you.
There is no charge for this event as it is a gift of the Imagine Well Being community.
