Integral Hatha Yoga

This class will focus on pranayama (breathing) and asanas (poses) to bring attentive awareness to the mind-body connection. Each class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) practice designed for greater inner peace, calmness, and stress reduction.
Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This class will focus on moving through each asana (pose) with mindful awareness of breath, movement and sensation. Designed for all levels of practice, this class will allow time to “flow” from each asana with relaxed effort while also building strength and flexibility.
