Crossroads has existing groups which are always open to new members and are described below.
We encourage you to think about a small group that might fit where you are right now. Whether you decide to join an existing group or start a new one we want to encourage you to see the value and power of meeting with others to speak out loud your spirituality, to talk about your faith, to listen to others to better understand where they are, and where they are in their faith.
The Caleb Club
The Caleb Club- Health & Fitness Ministry
The Caleb Club is a ministry that focuses on health, food, and fitness in a God-honoring way. “Why Caleb?” you might ask. Well, in the Old Testament, Caleb was one of the spies sent by Moses on a mission to take the promised land. Along with Joshua, he took the land at the ripe old age of 85, when he was just as strong as he was in his 40s!
This ministry is led by Rudy Fenner and the story of Caleb for him was life-changing. The words confirmed to him his belief in how our lives should look. His cancer diagnosis this spring launched him from thought to action. God doesn’t cause adversity, but he uses it to guide us to our purpose. His purpose is creating caring communities – Caleb Clubs – where we all strive to be like Caleb, and live in excellence, being physically strong and vigorous, to an old age.
At Crossroads, we have guest speakers, activities, and a lot of fun together. We hope that we all live just like Caleb, and we invite YOU to join us!
The Caleb Club includes:
- Health education sessions
- Nutrition discussions, demonstrations and tastings
- Fitness introduction sessions to include strength, cardio, flexibility and yoga
- Fitness walks (indoor and outdoor)
- Introduction to Blue Zones, and more!

Pub Theology is group of men who are open, honest and supporting of one another. Meeting weekly by Zoom now, but originally meeting in pubs, this is an open and welcoming discussion group. They pick different readings or subjects prior to the meeting and then come together over beer/wine/water/snacks/etc. to discuss in a casual conversation about the subject.
Always open to new members.
A Moms group for Moms of school-age children (elementary school and up). Meets the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
The group will meet outside in the courtyard when weather permits, and will move indoors at a later date.
Tuesday Evening Small Group
We are an inclusive, multigenerational group of men and woman. New participants are always welcome.
Weekly small group meeting that includes sharing praises, prayers with a study that includes an ongoing series of books for discussion. This all-inclusive multi-generational small group provides an environment for contemplation of our everyday walk with Jesus.
This group is currently watching and discussing “The Chosen”.
Men’s Tuesday Study
This group of men meets at the beginning of the day. Using prayers and praises, they offer mutual support in an honest and safe environment. They journey together as they follow in the way of Jesus.
Always open to new members. The book currently being read and discussed is “Jesus, The God Who Knows Your Name” by Max Lucado.
We will be meeting by Zoom.
Tuesday Women’s Zoom Group
We meet weekly and are trying to meet in person once/month outside seasonally, weather permitting.
A group of women and mothers committed to helping each other along their faith journey as well as their life journey. We are currently reading two books, both “Daring Greatly” and “The Women of the Bible Speak” which will likely continue through the end of the year. We sometimes also focus on devotions between book selections.
Women’s Bible Study
The new study is “Acts: Awakening to God in Everyday Life” by Melissa Spoelstra. Join us as we journey with the first followers of Jesus and witness the power of God’s Spirit, message, grace, direction, and mission.
