I Love My Church Picnic

Come enjoy a relaxed afternoon of great food, games, and time together!

As part of our afternoon together, we’ll also have an opportunity to serve our community! We’ll be assembling re-entry bags for individuals who are leaving incarceration and may be starting over with little or nothing.

Everyone is invited to help assemble the bags, it’s a simple, hands-on way for us to come together and show care and encouragement to those taking their next steps forward.

Need to know information:

🍖 Food
The following will be provided: Pulled pork, chicken, baked beans, rolls. Water and lemonade will be provided. Feel free to bring your own beverage if you prefer something else!

Whether you’d like to lend a hand with setup or bring a side dish or dessert to share, we’d love your help!

🪑 What to Bring
Bring chairs or picnic blankets for your family. If you have a canopy and are able to bring it, that would be helpful as well. We’ll have some canopies already set up for shade.

There will be plenty to do for all ages!

• Pickleball
• Playground for the kids
• Games

🚻 Restrooms
Bathrooms will be available in the clubhouse basement.

🚗 Parking
You have several parking options:

• Park at the Windmill Courts
• Use available street parking
• If you’re coming directly from service, you may leave your vehicle in one of the Crossroads parking lots and walk over

We’re looking forward to a fun afternoon together. Bring the family, come hungry, and enjoy some great food and fellowship!

In case of rain, the picnic will be held at the church immediately after service.
