At Crossroads, leadership teams are the heartbeat of our mission – helping guide, grow, and support the life of the church. These teams are made up of passionate volunteers who bring their gifts to areas like leadership development, staff relations, financial management, property care, and overall church direction.
God has uniquely gifted each of us with talents, passions, and experiences that can help strengthen our church community.
