Event Series: Yoga for Anxiety

Yoga for Anxiety

This 4-week Yoga Therapy workshop is for adults with a diagnosis of and/or experiencing symptoms of anxiety. Each week will include evidence-informed practices and will build on practices previously learned. Practices will include yoga asana, pranayama, mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection.
