Food For Neighbors
Food For Neighbors
Will resume in the fall
Food For Neighbors provides local middle and high schools with individual meals and snacks for students who might otherwise go hungry.
Five times a year, Food for Neighbors supplies a Red Bag and a grocery list to those who want to participate. Drivers pick up the filled bags right from your front door and volunteers sort the food to
distribute to local schools the same day. Crossroads is proud to have become the sorting site for Loudoun County. Here is how you can get involved.
Here is how you can get involved:
- Sign up for a Red Bag. The bag is delivered to your home with the shopping list and picked up on a predetermined date.
- Volunteer on food collection days. You can volunteer to sort or pick up Red Bags.
